A distressed white finish, bell–pull hardware and canted corners each do their part to draw attention to the tabletop's intricate diamond veneer pattern. The multi–step distressed finish gives this piece the appearance of many years of cherished use. Providing a handy storage space, the pass–through drawer built into the legs can be opened from either side of the table. Make more room for dinner on the 54" x 40" table by adding the 14" leaf, making the tabletop 54" square. Drawer construction includes English dovetail joinery, dust–proofing and a smooth finish. Pine and birch solids. Made with mortise & tenon joinery and corner blocks for sturdy construction.
