Dental Insurance

Havertys offers dental insurance to all associates.

Vision Insurance Havertys offers vision insurance to all associates. Associate * 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
Life Insurance Havertys will provide $5,000 in Basic Life Insurance to all full-time associates who have less than 5 years of service. Additional optional life insurance can be purchased by the associate. Havertys * 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
Accidental Death Insurance This plan provides you with 24-hour protection on and off the job. Associate * 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability These insurances cover a portion of your income if you are unable to work for short- or long-terms. Havertys pays a portion and the associate pays a portion * Full-time associates after completing 1st year of service
Long Term Care This benefit option allows you to purchase future protection in case you need a nursing home or health care service. Associate * 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
Flexible Spending Account Havertys offers you the option of participating in the health reimbursement account or the dependent care reimbursement account. Associate * 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
401(k) Thrift Plan You have the option of saving from 1% to 80% of your pay through payroll deduction. Havertys matches a portion of your contribution. Havertys and Associate * 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
Associate Discount After the appropriate waiting period, associates are offered a considerable discount on retail prices.   * Full-time associates with at least 90 days of service and part-time associates with at least 180 days of service.
Tuition Reimbursement Havertys will reimburse a portion of the cost of tuition, fees and books if a minimum grade requirement is met for a degree directly related to the associate's employment at Havertys.   * All associates after completing 1st year of service.
