Havertys accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, travelers checks and Haverty gift cards. Additionally, approved Haverty Credit or Citifinancial accounts may be used for purchases.

Delivery

On the day of your delivery, please prepare the room where the new furniture will be placed. Remove fragile items, artwork, rugs and anything that might hinder the placement of your new pieces. For insurance reasons, our delivery personnel are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

Changing Delivery Appointments

Professional delivery requires careful preparation, including uncrating and inspecting your merchandise prior to loading it onto a Havertys delivery truck. While we strive to accommodate our customers, it is for this reason that we require 48 hours notice in order to make changes to a scheduled delivery appointment.
