  • Gold covers practically every type of furniture, including wood, leather, fabrics, rugs and hard surfaces like laminates, glass and metal.

  • The plan offers five years of protection against accidental damage, including stains, gouges, tears, burns, water marks and more.

  • Guardsman provides professional in-home repair when furniture is damaged at no additional charge. They'll even replace pieces that cannot be properly repaired.

To file a claim, follow these simple steps:


  • READ YOUR PLAN carefully to understand what's covered (and not covered) and how to get help when you need it. Questions? Call for answers now.

  • BLOT STAINS with a clean, dry cloth before calling us, but don't attempt to clean the stain further until we give you specific instructions.

  • ACT FAST because many stains and damage issues are time-sensitive...so is your plan. You must call within 30 days of when the stain or damage occurred.

  • CALL GUARDSMAN at 800.482.7340 to file a claim. Have your receipt and plan number handy.

Mattress Protection Plan

We know that you care about your new mattress and want to keep it in great condition for as long as possible. Protect your new mattress investment from accidental stains and damage with the Guardsman® Mattress Protection Plan. Guardsman will clean accidental stains or repair damage, giving you the confidence, peace of mind, and the satisfaction of enjoying your well cared for mattress for years to come.

    Coverage Includes:

  • Food and beverage stains
  • Human and pet bodily fluids
  • Punctures, cuts, rips, or tears
  • Burns
  • Ballpoint pen ink stains

Mattress manufacturers may not honor their own warranty if the mattress is soiled. By protecting your new mattress with Guardsman, you’re covered from accidental damage that may prevent manufacturer’s defects from being repaired as required under warranty.
