    • Use a clean, soft cloth with a small amount of furniture polish on it, if desired, to dust.
    • To clean wood surfaces we recommend Guardsman products. Guardsman Wood Cleaner is a safe and effective product when used as directed. If using a damp cloth or sponge to clean wooden furniture, be sure to dry the surface thoroughly with a soft cloth. Prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the finish.
    • Use coasters, backing or place mats between the wood surface and items to prevent scratching or warping.
    • Avoid exposing wood furniture to strong sunlight or direct heat sources, which can damage your furniture.
    • Your furniture should sit level on the floor to avoid undue stress or damage to doors and drawers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I bought this table in December and the first day of using it with a table cloth AND place mats, there was a mark left on the table from a coffee cup. With the protection I had in place and with the finish on the table, you wouldn't expect this to happen. The product is not worth the money and if I didn't have the Guardman's Protection Plan I would have been stuck with a damaged table, because the claims' representative said the damage was done by us. My sales person at the store, made sure that I received a replacement table immediately. I am grateful for the effort she put forth in trying to make things right. My advise....read all reviews before purchasing.

We can convert to a larger table and not have to physically lift or store leaves in a closet. Seems sturdy and is attractive. Easier sitting down and getting up from the higher type table and chairs.
