Can I pay my bill or make a payment online?
Yes. After visiting a Havertys showroom, you can take home a worksheet provided to you by your Sales Associate to complete your purchase online through our website. Havertys credit card holders can also make payments and manage their account through Synchrony on the Manage Account page. Don't have a card yet? You can apply online.

Do you offer financing plans?
Yes. Havertys offers everyday financing options through Synchrony, making it easier to furnish your home on a budget that works for you. Visit our Financing page to explore available plans and learn more.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes, Havertys offers an in-store only layaway option. To get started, you'll pay 25% down at the time of sale, with the remaining balance due in full within 90 days. Please note that items cannot be picked up or delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Does Havertys price match?
Havertys wants to offer you the best home furnishings values possible. If you find the identical item with the same services advertised for less within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly refund the difference.

How do I update my online account information?
Go to the My Account tab and sign in to your Havertys account, then open your account settings. From there, you can update details like your name, email address, phone number, password, shipping address and communication preferences.

Do I need to create an account to order online?
No, you don't need an account to order online—you're welcome to check out as a guest. That said, we recommend creating an account, since it's quick and makes it easy to check out, track your order, and manage your purchase details all in one place.

How do I buy gift certificates?
We're sorry, but Havertys does not currently offer gift certificates or gift cards, either in stores or online.

Can I redeem a gift certificate online?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Havertys gift certificates as a method of payment for purchases made on havertys.com but one of our retail locations will be happy to assist you with your in-store purchase using one.

What are Havertys gift certificate terms and conditions?
Havertys does not sell gift certificates in stores. The only gift certificates we offer are awarded as prizes at select events, such as grand openings. These gift certificates are subject to standard terms and conditions: they are valid for three (3) months (90 days) from the date of receipt and may only be redeemed at the specific store location noted on the certificate. Gift certificates are not valid for purchases on www.havertys.com.
