Havertys offers a three-day reselect or cancellation policy. If within three days of delivery or pickup you are not completely satisfied with the color, comfort, or quality of your order, Havertys will allow you to reselect or cancel your purchase.

Some Havertys products, including accessories and lamps, may be shipped via FedEx. For these purchases, cancellations within the three-day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Please note that your original FedEx shipping charge will not be refunded.
