Shop for an adjustable base foundation instead of a traditional box spring. You will be able to minimize the pressure on your lower back, promote good blood flow and benefit from a comfortable position when reading in bed. All of our mattresses are compatible with adjustable bases.
If you like to fall asleep cold, look for a mattress that has a cool-to-the-touch fabric cover and technology inside the mattress that promotes air flow.

Side, back and stomach sleepers require different kinds of cushioning and support, and we have pillows that can accommodate your preferred sleep position.
A foam mattress will have the best technology for partner disturbance. But if an innerspring mattress is right for you, make sure your mattress has individually pocketed coils so the springs work independently of each other to reduce motion transfer. For the lowest partner disturbance, shop for a Split King mattress sleep system. This will be two Twin XL mattresses that sit in your King size bed frame.
Make sure you are following the guidelines of your mattress warranty. Many require you to be using a waterproof mattress cover. All of Havertys mattress pads are waterproof. Also, check out our Guardsman protection plan to protect your mattress and base from accidental damages.
