Can I pick up my purchase in-store?
Yes, we offer Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Free of charge to our customers. To use this option, select Free Pickup during checkout.
Schedule your pickup date and time. Pickup hours are 10:00AM-5:00PM Tuesday – Friday.
Choose a Havertys location or a Havertys warehouse location to pick up your piece(s).
A government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your purchase.
It is very important to make sure your vehicle has enough cargo space for your purchase, if your vehicle is not large enough, our Top Drawer Delivery service is available for a fee. It is also recommended that you bring a friend along to help you load your items.
Your item may still be in its box and may require assembly at home after you’ve completed pickup. If you require professional assembly, please consider our Top Drawer Delivery service.
We will hold the item for 7 days at the designated location.
